We are HIRING Customer Service Representatives from Lahore, PK who have excellent communication skills in English. It’s an Onsite job and Candidates MUST be available to work in the Eastern Time Zone.
The ideal candidate Must have Excellent communication skills and loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability
3. Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
4. Data entry in various platforms
Requirements:
1. Candidate must have at least 3- 4 years of relevant work experience
2. Candidate must have excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
3. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
